The short version. MultiModel is a desktop app that runs on your computer. It has no account, no login, no telemetry and no server of ours. It does not collect, store or send personal data to JABSystems, LLC.

What the app does

Terminals are real local processes on your PC (PowerShell, CMD, WSL, Git Bash, or a command you choose).
Agent panes start command-line programs you have installed and signed in to yourself, such as Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI. Anything those programs send to their makers is governed by their terms and privacy policies, not ours. MultiModel does not see or store your credentials for them.
Local model panes talk only to Ollama or LM Studio running on your own machine, over the loopback address. Remote endpoints are refused.
Settings, layouts and run notes are stored in files under your Windows user profile. They are never uploaded. Uninstalling leaves them in place so you can keep them or delete them yourself.
API keys you choose to store for an agent pane are encrypted at rest with Windows data protection and handed only to the agent process they are for, as an environment variable, never on a command line.
Error reports are written to a Markdown file on your PC when the app crashes. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you copy the file and send it to us yourself, and the app scrubs identifier-shaped text before you copy it.

This website

This site has no analytics, cookies or tracking scripts. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers and Google sees that request as described in its own privacy policy. If you email us, we keep the email to answer it and to fix what you reported.

Microsoft Store

If you install MultiModel from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles the purchase, installation and updates under its own terms and privacy statement. We receive aggregate acquisition numbers from Microsoft, not your identity.

Changes and contact

If MultiModel ever starts sending any data off your machine, this page and the app's About window will say so first. Questions go to info@jabsystems.io.
