End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (an individual or a single organisation) and JABSystems, LLC ("JABSystems") for the MultiModel software, including updates and documentation ("Software"). By installing or using the Software you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENCE. JABSystems grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own internal purposes, for the term and on the number of devices covered by your purchase. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. RESTRICTIONS. You may not: (a) copy the Software except for backup; (b) sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or redistribute it; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except where the law expressly allows; (d) remove any proprietary notice; or (e) use it to build a competing product.

3. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE. The Software includes open-source components. Each is governed by its own licence, reproduced in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, which takes precedence for that component.

4. AGENT PROGRAMS AND YOUR DATA. The Software launches third-party command-line programs (for example Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI) that you install and sign in to yourself. Those programs, their terms, and any data they send are theirs, not JABSystems'. The Software itself sends no data to JABSystems. You are responsible for what you place in the folders the Software and those programs work in, and for any obligations that attach to that data.

5. OWNERSHIP. JABSystems and its licensors own the Software. This Agreement gives you no ownership rights.

6. UPDATES. JABSystems may provide updates, which are covered by this Agreement unless a different agreement accompanies them. JABSystems has no obligation to provide updates or support unless a separate written agreement says so.

7. TERMINATION. This Agreement ends if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the Software.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. JABSYSTEMS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JABSYSTEMS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

10. GENERAL. This Agreement is the entire agreement about the Software. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. It is governed by the laws of the state in which JABSystems, LLC is organised, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
